Belgium and the Netherlands sought to boost their underdog bid to host the 2018 World Cup by stressing they are the best hope left for small nations to organize the event. "Big countries all the time have the possibility to do their thing," said bid president Ruud Gullit, who will be competing against Russia, England and Spain-Portugal on Thursday.
